SMPS Luncheon and Workshop Policy:
Payment
PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. Payment must be received PRIOR to event luncheon or workshop. If you are unsure of your payment being received on-time, please register on-line or bring check to the door. You will NOT be allowed in without payment. Reservations made after 5:00 PM on Friday before the luncheon or 24 hours prior to educational workshop will be charged at the walk-in rate. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event. Since SMPS San Diego must guarantee a number of seats at the luncheon, cancellations made the day of the luncheon or educational workshop and no shows will be billed at the walk-in rate.
Member Rates
You must be an SMPS Member to receive the member rate. Occasionally, special luncheons allow other organizations to attend at the SMPS member rate. These luncheons will be listed as special functions. Unless specifically announced otherwise, all non-members must pay the non-member rate. Memberships are credited to the individual and not to the company which affiliated. A current member number must be provided to receive the member rate. All registries without a current member number WILL BE CHARGED THE NON-MEMBER RATE.
